What's this blogging thing about anyway?

Since I'm an avid blog follower, I decided to try my hand at it. Tune in to read and watch how we're making our way through the first year of parenthood.

To get you up to speed, Maisie, our darling daughter is now 9 months and 3 weeks old, my husband, Mike and I just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary and Kona Bean, our playful pooch just turned 4. We live in a small ranch in central Jersey and on any given day we're in the middle of some kind of renovation.
